BFF is offering a new fun project for members and friends called "Buddhism in 40 words or less."

In order to not become tough-tighed when asked the question "What is Buddhism?" we are asking people to submit their versions of a concise and comprehensible answer to this question. Please e-mail us your versions. Thank you for your participation.

BUDDHISM IN 23 WORDS

Wisdom: Discover the One,
Compassion: Embrace the many,
We are pure.
Things change.
Be aware of the All,
Don't resist pain.
No boundaries.
