The Buddhist Faith Fellowship (BFF) is located in Central Connecticut. It is a small lay Buddhist sangha of equal members and friends, meeting in members' homes on a bi-monthly basis. Our spiritual community continues to growth with people from different ethnic backgrounds, professions and interests. We see ourselves as spiritual pioneers of the 21st century, expanding the boundries of the Dharma and helping to create a new American Buddhism.

"On the journey of human life, faith is the best of companions; it is the best of refreshments on the journey, and it is the greatest gift."

Samyutta Nikaya 1:4-6
