explored the Two Ways of Shin Buddhist Practice, true entrusting, mindfulness, Buddha-nature and the Bodhisattva
3) Healing Mantras. Learned about
and practiced the transformative Sanskrit chants that awaken the heart and heal the body and mind.
4) Is There a Soul? A look into
these questions and more from the Buddhist perspective.
Included sitting and walking meditation
instruction, noble silence, mindfulness eating practice, yoga and sutra chanting. This retreat offered home-made
