@ 3408 Constitution

Our morning practice is non-sectarian. We’ll be practicing a variety of seated meditations common to diverse Buddhist traditions. Each session will begin with a brief (five minute) reading or meditation instruction harvested from various Buddhist schools and teachings. The environment and decorum is relaxed and informal, yet respectful.

We’ll provide chairs or you may bring your own cushion or mat if you like. This mediation group intended for ordinary people who simply want to start their day with a little centering and peace without a lot of ritual and ceremony. So everyone is welcome regardless of tradition, background or skill level.
